Communicate promptly regarding load confirmations, delays, or issues
3. Payment Terms

4. No Guarantee of Loads

5. Liability

Freight damage, loss, or delays caused by carriers, shippers, or third parties

Both parties agree to keep all business, client, and rate information confidential unless required by law.
7. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Any outstanding payments must be settled before termination.
8. Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable FMCSA regulations, DOT laws, and other transportation rules. We will not dispatch any carrier engaged in illegal or unsafe operations.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid to us for the load in question.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
