1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for our services, hiring us as your dispatching partner, or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.


2. Our Services

[Your Company Name] provides independent truck dispatching services to owner-operators, carriers, and small trucking companies across the United States. Our services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Load searching & booking from trusted load boards and brokers.

  • Rate negotiation on behalf of the carrier.

  • Document management (rate confirmations, carrier packets, BOLs, etc.).

  • 24/7 dispatch support.

  • Route planning and assistance.

We are not a carrier, broker, or freight forwarder. We act strictly as a dispatching service provider.


3. Eligibility

To work with us, carriers and owner-operators must:

  • Hold an active MC (Motor Carrier) or DOT authority.

  • Maintain valid insurance coverage (Liability & Cargo).

  • Ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations.

  • Be in good standing with freight brokers and shippers.


4. Payment Terms

  • Payment for our dispatching services is due as per the signed Service Agreement.

  • Fees may be charged as a flat rate per week or as a percentage per load, depending on the chosen plan.

  • All payments must be made via ACH, wire transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.

  • Late or non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.


5. Carrier Responsibilities

As a carrier or owner-operator, you are solely responsible for:

  • Safe and legal operation of your truck(s).

  • Compliance with all DOT & FMCSA safety regulations.

  • Maintaining updated insurance and permits.

  • Accepting or rejecting loads – final decision always remains with the carrier.


6. Limitation of Liability

  • Cargo loss, damage, or delays.

  • Accidents, violations, or fines.

  • Broker or shipper payment delays.

  • Operational expenses (fuel, tolls, maintenance, etc.).

7. Cancellation & Termination

  • Either party may cancel the service agreement with a written 7-day notice.

  • Immediate termination may occur in cases of fraud, illegal activity, or repeated failure to meet payment obligations.


8. Confidentiality

We respect your business privacy. All carrier documents, rate confirmations, and agreements are handled with strict confidentiality and are never shared with third parties without consent.


9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect legal, business, or operational updates. The revised version will be posted on our website with the updated date.


10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our business is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable state and federal courts.
